La visita no fue como la esperábamos , ya que había algunas atracciones cerradas y además en una de las que había abierta tenías que pagar si querías entrar. Mis hijos fueron por las atracciones de agua y solo una estaba abierta. Se puede mejorar bastante la visita.

Buenas instalaciones y muy bonito y grande, faltaría un poco más de señalización y sobre todo que fuese algo menos caro, no puede valer un refresco de 0'5 litros 4€

El sitio es terrible, me llevo a hacer una compra equivocada. Quería comprar 2 días de parque, uno en Warner y otro en Warner Beach. Asei lo hice. Para mi sorpresa, al llegar con los niños todos con ganas de mojarse, me dicen que había comprado 2 días apenas para Warner! Me hicieron pagar 128 euros al momento para hacer el cambio! Muy mala experiencia de Wala, me sentí robado, pues había elegido Warner Beach!

En nuestra web se indica que esta entrada es válida para 2 días consecutivos en Parque Warner y no que incluya Warner Beach. Además, inmediatamente después de realizar la compra se enviaron las entradas correspondientes, en las que figura claramente «Destino: Parque Warner», «Producto: Entrada Adulto 2 días» y, para el segundo acceso, «Entrada Adulto Warner 2º día». Si al recibir y revisar las entradas hubiera detectado que la modalidad adquirida no era la que deseaba y se hubiera puesto en contacto con nosotros antes de utilizarlas, habríamos podido estudiar su caso y solicitar al recinto el cambio correspondiente. Una vez utilizadas las entradas, este tipo de gestión ya no puede realizarse. Respecto a los 128 € que menciona, queremos aclarar que este importe no fue cobrado por WalaTickets ni corresponde a ningún cargo adicional realizado por nuestra plataforma. Se trata de un importe abonado directamente en el parque para realizar allí el cambio a una modalidad diferente. Sentimos que se produjera esta confusión al seleccionar las entradas.
